“Culinary Services Group is well versed providing food services to all areas of the senior living market, especially here in North Carolina. We work with independent and assisted living communities regularly and specialize in skilled nursing communities.” – Scott Alme, VP of Business Development, Culinary Services Group
Culinary Services Group is a contract food management company known for providing fresh, locally sourced food, creative menus, and restaurant-quality meal service. Providence Place previously outsourced its food service to another management company but believes the contract with Culinary Services Group will allow residents to be more involved in dining decisions and elevate their current dining experience.
“Here at Culinary Services Group we believe that residents should play an active role in dining decisions. We work with residents to distinguish likes and dislikes as well as cultural and regional preferences.” – Rich Valway, President & CEO, Culinary Services Group
As part of their meal planning, Culinary Services Group meets with residents to discuss their dining preferences and allows them to have an active role in the development of their menus. The company already works with several senior living communities in North Carolina, providing the residents there with the same engagement opportunities. They are looking forward to partnering with the Providence Place campus to provide contract food management service in late February 2020.
