Parfait with Whipped Greek Yogurt
Ingredients
1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 to 3 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Cold Heavy Cream
2 Cups Fresh Berries
1 Cup Granola
1 to 2 Tbsp Honey for drizzling (optional)
Fresh Mint for garnish (optional)
Steps
1) Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2) In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
