Scallops Provencal

Ingredients
1 Pound Sea Scallops
4 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Shallots, minced
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Parsley, rough chop
1/3 Cup Dry White Wine
1/2 Lemon
Flour for dredging
Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps
1) Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper and dredge in flour.
2) In a large sauté pan, heat 2 Tbsp. butter over medium/high heat. Add scallops in an even layer.
3) Allow scallops to lightly brown on one side without moving them, should take 3-4 minutes. Flip and repeat the browning process.
4) Melt remaining 2 Tbsp. of butter in the pan. Add shallots, garlic, and parsley and cook for another 2 minutes.
5) Add white wine and cook for another minute. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
