Spicy Roasted Cashews

Ingredients
2 Cups Cashews
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 1/2 tsp Sweet Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Honey
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt

Steps
1) Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) Season the cashews. In a medium bowl, combine cashews, smoked paprika, chili flakes, lime juice, olive oil, honey, and salt. Toss well until evenly coated.
3) Roast. Spread cashews in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
4) Cool completely. Allow cashews to cool fully on the pan — they will crisp up as they cool.
5) Store. Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to one week.
