Thanksgiving Day is the ultimate food holiday. After a day spent enjoying food, family, and comfort many of us are left scratching our heads about what to do with all those leftovers. The last thing most of us want to do is cook, so here’s a quick and creative way to feed guests the next day or meal prep for the week using your Thanksgiving leftovers. This sandwich bake is a tasty way to use up leftover turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce without a ton of cleanup. Get creative and add other leftovers too!

Make sure to store Thanksgiving leftovers properly after your feast so you can use them later. The USDA recommends storing leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, any items that won’t be used in that time should be placed in the freezer, where they’ll keep for 2-6 months.
