Clinical Nutrition at Culinary Services Group
Our Registered Dietitians practice evidence-based care. We follow the Nutrition Care Process as outlined by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and framework and guidance in all our decision-making. This ensures we are able to provide high-quality and up-to-date clinical coverage. We also provide audits and a detailed system of care to make sure our Registered Dietitians can provide the best service to patients and residents. In offering the best care possible for the communities we serve, we recognize the need for continued growth and development. This includes continuing education credits, AND membership, and FNCE registration. We also support our RDs in obtaining advanced certifications, with a goal of having Subject Matter Experts within our communication channels and support network.
